What is Homeworld Mobile?
Homeworld Mobile is a real-time strategy MMO like never before on mobile. Over a decade since the original exodus and rediscovery of their Homeworld, the Hiigarans now look beyond their galaxy to explore and settle an uncharted universe through the Hyperspace Gates. Engage upon truly dynamic realtime strategy and combat as you control spaceship carriers, interceptors, and destroyers to outmaneuver opponents and employ tactics to gain the upper hand.
Who can participate in the Homeworld Mobile Fig Technical Test?
Those who backed Homeworld 3 on Fig and registered for the Fig Technical Test before to November 20, 2020 are eligible to participate. Please note that a reliable internet connection is required to play Homeworld Mobile.
Those who backed Homeworld 3 but did not complete the registration before to November 20, 2020 can still register for future Homeworld Mobile tests using the registration form on this Fig post.
Those who are not Homeworld 3 backers can register for the public test phase of Homeworld Mobile at HomeworldMobile.com
What can I expect from the Homeworld Mobile Fig Technical Test?
This Technical Test will help us test the game servers, backend services, and general infrastructure of the technical foundation behind the game. You'll experience an early look at the first few missions that are still in-development, with the overarching goal of testing how these services hold up in the real world settings for the first time.
When will the Homeworld Mobile Fig Technical Test take place?
To ensure everything goes as smoothly as possible, access to the Fig Technical Test will be rolling out in waves across Q4 2020. The first wave will be distributed to a small group of Fig backers identified as having devices and locations critical for testing the servers, backend services, and general infrastructure before additional users can be added. Later waves of the Fig Technical Test will include all eligible Fig Backers.
Participants can expect to receive an email once their registration and eligibility for the test has been confirmed, and a separate notification email once they have access.
What is the planned duration of the Homeworld Mobile Fig Technical Test?
Each wave of the Homeworld Mobile Fig Technical Test is planned to run for a minimum of seven days, after which the test server will go offline. Please note that without a connection to the test servers, you will not be able to access the Homeworld Mobile Technical Test.
Will there be more technical tests in the future?
Yes, we expect to hold additional technical tests for Homeworld Mobile in the future. Details and timing will be determined after the conclusion of this first testing phase.

Can I stream or share any content from the Homeworld Mobile Fig Technical Test?
There will be a private Discord channel created for Fig Technical Test users to discuss their experience.
Outside of that private channel, sharing any information regarding the playtest, including, but not restricted to, recording, streaming, posting to social media, screen recording, and/or sharing email content is strictly prohibited, and may result in a permanent ban from Homeworld Mobile Technical Playtests.
